Bug: Access Denied after removing a file through resource browser

Hi guys,

Revo: 2.1.3
Apache on linux

Problem:
When I upload a file via the uploader it working fine.
If I then delete the uploaded it gets removed from the file system, however the subsequest POST to directory.php to refresh the file browser fails with:
{"success":false,"message":"Access denied.","total":0,"data":[],"object":[]}

Obviously if I try again the file is actually gone and it will throw the error described here:

Anyone getting this, know of a solution?
