Is there any way to rearrange the order of Template Variables' appearance in a Resource?

@pjldesign, yes. I presume you mean while "Editing a Resource"? If so, just set the "Sort Order" on the TVs in question. Further, by assigning TVs into separate "Categories" you can essentially group similar TVs into sections.
