Quip snippet call not working?

I am having this same problem. Someone posted a comment and I received it by email, found it in the manager, but it is nowhere to be seen on the blog post.

Double check that your QuipReply snippet call &thread to be sure it's calling the right threadname.

I did that before I posted and yes it is.
