Would like to donate $ to the modx community but first is this possible?

If I have in any way mislead you about collabpad activities because of my "MODx team badge" of marketer, I am sure a longer look at their website will help you figuring what is offered is development as in : integrating a design, setting up a highly optimized MODx powered website, coding and developping custom features and NOT marketing consulting... in other terms, I think they can help you with your project. But Ryan and/or Jason are the one to make contact with about that.

Collabpad exists solely to collaborate with customers to create custom web applications, typically using the tools that show up in the open source software 6-12 months later (after the code is made to be more broadly generic and supportable on a wider range of platforms). We’re the guys that run this project.

Didn’t mean any offense by saying your website made the company sound like a marketing company, it’s just after a quick look it didn’t have too much info about anything else. You guys definitely are the most knowledgeable and experienced by far...

The company I’m working with is going over the proposal and will get back to me in a week or so. After that I’ll be able to get into the details, and hopefully we can find a way to work together and help build up the Modx system
