I think that this has been resolved in the current trunk build, but if it hasn’t it should be. You can use the Doc Manager module to bulk-set publish dates on a variety of pages.

    Hey rtrash,

Just set the publish-dates via the Doc Manager, however documents that should be offline are still online... Only when i edit a document, and without changing anything clicking on the "save button" (since the publish-date allready set by Doc Manager) will get the document offline... shocked

Hmmm ... maybe clearing the cache would do the trick after changing all those since the cache doesn’t know about them and apparently the Doc Manager doesn’t clear the cache for the affected pages.

It is all so simple, if you know how smiley

        Refresh site
        174 documents were published.
        138 documents were unpublished.
Cache: Found 3 files in cache directory and deleted 0 cache files.
New cache files will be created when pages are requested.

        thnx rthrash!

Any ideas on how to auto-fill-in the "publish date" (on creation date) when not set by the user? The site on which I discovered this problem is maintained by different people, and i can imagine that this problem sooner or later will pop up again if i can’t set a less user-dependent solution.

        Greetings,
        Gust
