When I upload my old database, can I drop the table that contain the site stats? If so, which tables exactly?

You can drop the tables that start with modx_log_ (where modx_ is whatever prefix you installed with).

trying to log into the manager, It tells me that I entered the security code wrong, although I didn’t.

OK CAPTCHA code was a firefox cache issue.

Site is officially working, ALL problems solved. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the help!

Running 0.9.5 and loving it!
