[SOLVED] Links within Summary (introtext) allowed?

Does MODx allow hyperlinks to be used within the Summary (introtext) field? I get a weird error when I include quotation marks around the URL -- but it seems to work okay when I remove the quotation marks. Thanks.

Which kind of quotation marks? Could you provide an example of the introtext that causes the error and could quote this error?

If I use...

 blah blah <a href="url">Yadda</a>.

then the top of the page of the live site displays...

Yadda." />

If I remove the quotation marks around the URL, then it seems to work fine.

Strange, I use it often and it works fine... modx 0.921 REV 1005

<a href="http://www.modxcms.com/ryan-thrash.html">Ryan Trash</a>, Mitbegründer von MODx und Foundation Mitglied, hat im <a href="http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,3927.msg28533.html#msg28533" target="_blank">offiziellen Forum</a> ein wenig über die Hintergründe von MODx, die Ziele und Eigenschaften geschrieben sowie Beispielseiten genannt.

Works like expected.

Sometimes it appears I follow the instructions to a "T" but still have problems with MODx. I’m wondering if I should simply backup my work and reinstall MODx. Do you know of any known problems if someone simply selects "upgrade" instead of "new install" and reinstalls the same version?

No, I don't know what OpenGeek's saying half the time either.

No, I don´t. But the example above is from an upgraded version (was 0.91 before).
