      Hi, Great to see this thread as I was just doing the same thing in our brand new Finnish subforums! smiley

      This is what I have gathered so far:

      • When creating new documents/snippets/etc, you can choose what happens after saving, that "After saving" -string
      • Widget parameters (though, I’m not sure if it would be a good thing to have them translated when most documentation is english?)
      • QuickEdit -> "Settings" string
      • Site -> Site schedule (whole thing)
      • Users -> Manage users -> "Search" and "Go" button labels, and in any other search bar like this
      • Users -> Manage users -> Edit user -> User settings (tab) -> FCKEditor Settings
      • Users -> Manager permissions / Web permissions -> "submit" text on the submit buttons
      • Administration -> View system info -> Server, Database tables, Online users (these sections)
      • Administration -> Audit trail (whole thing)
      • Administration -> Backup Manager (whole thing)

      I have also considered, that would it be good to put breaks in the language files? When translating from English to Finnish, some strings get alot longer and "break up" the layout of the manager.. The tabs don’t fit to the width of the frame an so on. But the current tabs don’t support for the text to be on multiple lines. Also the document tree’s rightclick popup menu is a bit too small for the Finnish strings.. It breaks the long strings to two lines allright, but it doesn’t indent the second line to the "white area" of the popup.

      Lastly, if I put latin ä etc. entities in place of all scandinavian characters, they won’t show correctly in the javascript alerts. They show up just "ä" in the alert windows. If I put the ä and ö characters to the alerts, I see the alerts correclty, but I have had reports that some users have them shown up as ? question marks. Can this be solved somehow, what would be the right way to use odd chars in javascript alerts?

      • Does manager/includes/actionlist.inc.php actually do anything? There’s a whole long list of phrases being returned, such as

        case "4" : return "Creating a document"; break;

        Ok, I see...it’s used for the audit trail. Should that get translated as well?

          Has this been added to FlySpray? will there be any fixes in 0.9.2?

          • This has not been done yet in the SVN repository. It’s coming up very very soon though on the priorities list.

              I found hardcoded string on this file.

              /manager/includes/tmplvars.inc.php

              Line 45
              				$field_html .=  '			<a onClick="document.forms[\'mutate\'].elements[\'tv'.$field_name.'\'].value=\'\';document.forms[\'mutate\'].elements[\'tv'.$field_name.'\'].onblur();document.getElementById(\'tv'.$field_name.'_show\').innerHTML=\'(not set)\'; return true;" onMouseover="window.status=\'clear the date\'; return true;" onMouseout="window.status=\'\'; return true;" style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand"><img src="media/images/icons/cal_nodate.gif" width="16" height="16" border="0" alt="No date"></a>';
