Excellent! I did some quick browsing and it looks like you did a good job.

I’ll try to do some really quick proofreading ASAP.

I’m making slow process with the proofreading. With a bit of luck, I may get something uploaded today or tomorrow. Hopefully anyone isn’t doing this same thing right now... Well, it’s not a huge issue since we have ’diff’.

There are some minor spelling mistakes, and so far I’ve found couple of sentences that have had their meaning reversed. Overally a really good translation - I’m impressed with some bits!

If we want to, we could start discussing the way this Finnish language file should be developed from here. I’d like to see the language somewhat simplified, but it’s not a huge issue. What do you Finnish speakers think - is there any point in continuing, or is this already sufficient?

BTW: I’ve been using some random linux GUI editor and nano, and getting fed up with the HTML umlaut characters. Can you recommend a good editor (Linux/Win)?

Thanks mandrl for helping out! I really appreciate your effort I’m not suprised that the translation has some errors. Some translations were done..well, in the very early morning/late night.. Let me know when you’ve got it corrected into a "next release" - phase

I’m really sorry for the delay. No excuses here, my productivity just seems to have vanished. Finnish winter... >:(

I’ll put some rock n’ roll on, and force myself to get it ready enough. Right now, today.

Ok, here goes. Sorry again that it took so long... I must tip my hat for alphadog and the translation project. 1000 lines is a lot of stuff to manage and translate. Especially since technical Finnish is darn hard (IMHO).

Hm... how do the attachments work? Don’t get it. But no problem, I’ll upload the file somewhere.

Now that we have Finnish language file, do we get our own sub-forum or something?

Good work guys! I’ve just been "converted" from Etomite to MODx and have allready found tons of great things at the forums. This community is very active! It was great to see that the Finnish translation had allready been made. I retranslated Etomite my self to Finnish when I started using it a while ago and its 850 lines were quite a handfull also. So I know the process what you guys have gone through! Thanks alot for the translation!
