Here is a patched version of 1.0.1 that fixes some bugs when dealing with TVs installed with the new template.
1. Inserts the "type" of the TV.
2. Inserts a row for the template/TV assignment in the site_tmplvar_templates table.
3. When deleting a template, removes the entries in the site_tmplvar_templates table for that template.
Any TVs installed with the template are not removed when the template is removed; this would be a big problem if these TVs are being used by other templates.
