Maxi Gallery/smooth gallery not showing but showing?

    Is the page online? If so, could you give me a link to check..

    SmoothGallery most definitely needs MooTools js library to work. MaxiGallery will include it to your html source automatically if you do NOT use &disalble_js_libs=`1`.

      Just to let others know that the problem what Terry was having was that AjaxSearch and MaxiGallery were both running on the page and both included MooTools to the document. So what needed to be done was to add &addJscript=`0` to AjaxSearch call and &disable_js_libs=`1` to MaxiGallery call and include MooTools v1.11 manually to the <head> of the template.

          I’m having a similar problem. I can see the carousel, I can click on a thumbnail, and I can click on the blank are where the image is supposed to be and it will open the image and an index functionality that really isn’t what we want.

          My snippet call:

          [!MaxiGallery? &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`smoothgallery`&smoothgallery_showCarousel =`true`&smoothgallery_width=`650`&smoothgallery_height =`488`&smoothgallery_thumbWidth=`140`&smoothgallery_embedLinks =`true`&smoothgallery_preloader =`true`&smoothgallery_showArrows=`false`&disable_js_libs=`1`&smoothgallery_textShowCarousel=`View All`!]


          My template is very simplified but I did comment out the reference to jquery as it makes the gallery disappear entirely. I’ve looked at the no conflict mode but that code didn’t do anything (could anyone post their no conflict code?) Also, I’m using an older version of jquery (though again not active in this template) because of the newer version that conflicts with ManagerManager.

            I got it to work by skipping MaxiGallery and using the latest SmoothGallery. I’ll try to amend MaxiGallery with the newest SmoothGallery scripts and see if that works, otherwise I’ll just use the manual process.
