[SOLVED] Clicking "Manage Pictures" gives URL NOT FOUND

Hmm.. so let’s start from the begin again..

What do you mean by "the URL NOT FOUND error page"? Do you mean browsers not found page or MODx 404 page or what?

When they are in the "URL NOT FOUND page", what is the url in the browsers address bar and does it point to a valid location?

What is the action url for the manage pictures button when you look at the HTML source? [EDIT: and by "you" I mean your customers ]

What the client explained was a plain white page that said URL Not Found. (I’ll try to get a screenshot from them tomorrow)

I’ll find out what the url is on the error page along with the action url for the button. What should the action URL be for the Manage Pictures button?

If you are not using view_gallery or manage_target parameters, it should be the same page where the snippet runs,

For example if you have installed MODx in a subdirectory of your site root called "modx" and the snippet is running on a page with alias "gallery.html" the manage pictures form should be:

The action url in maxigallery is done by using one of the following:

OK, another user error! After two separate emails the client was still not accessing the manager through the domain name - they were still using the ip (e.g. 255.255.255.255/~website/manager). When they finally sent me the information with a screenshot I saw the url I knew immediately there was nothing wrong. So, sorry for all the fuss.
