maxigallery general questions

  Hello,
  
  Just installed MaxiGallery and have couple of questions:
  
  1. Is it possible to limit childgalleries to show for example 5 latest galleries under? (i now it can be done by just providing IDs of those galleries, but was wondering if there was an automatic way)
  
  2. I have this structure now: Category -> Gallery(61) -> Featured(127) -> Albums . So on Gallery page i have this call:
  
  

  [!MaxiGallery? &childgalleries_ids=`127` &display=`childgalleries` &order_by=`random` &childgalleries_order_by=`createdon` &childgalleries_level_limit=`10`!]

  
  
  I have 6 albums but for some reason it displayes only 5 ... if i add more it will always miss one gallery

  1. Unfortunately no, I’ll add parameter to do that
  
  2. There was a small bug that causes this in v0.5 release, it is fixed in SVN code, so please grab a new copy from there. I’ll be releasing v0.5.1 once I get the language files up to date and fix any bugs that might be reported during this time.

  Use an SVN client and export the whole thing

  Hmmm, looks like I’ll be learning SVN this afternoon. I’ll have to try it on XP since I couldn’t figure it out on my Mac (pretty ironic) -macs are supposed to be easier right

  Although I was using command-line svn for a while before I tried it. There are several good tutorials online, just ask Google for a few.

  yeah .. kind of hard on mac os x to do that

  What’s hard about it? Although I do use iTerm instead of the regular terminal included with OS X.
