Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can locate the document tree . I can even do a snippet call(Have done contact us and tiny login) The confusion is in the folders mentioned

It’s even more confusing since to install MaxiGallery you need to create a folder/directory in the file system at assets/galleries!

Thanks sottwel, yes , the folder mentioned is confusing. Ok, just to be clear on all, I followed the first install instructions and ftpd the maxigallery files and folder to assets/snippets/maxigallery . I also read that I should create another folder in assets/gallery . This means a folder named gallery in assets folder right? I presume this is where to load the images right?

Yes, although you cannot load the images yourself, you use the MaxiGallery manage images button, then upload images from there. Make sure you name that directory/folder in /assets correctly! I believe it’s assets/galleries

If for some reason you really have to put it somewhere else, change that line in the snippet code, near the bottom.

wow this MAXIGALLERY is awesome. I cant tell you how many times Ive handcoded relative links and titles when using this script in the past.

With modx9.6.2, maxigallery 0.5.2 and IE 8.0 I encounter a problem when logged in, the lightbox doesn’t seem to work. Can it be that maxigallery wants to register mootools as wel as the quickeditor?
