pleth, that is the current intended result with the current version 0.0.4b the next version will support theming and additional configuration options that will allow you to change how the details of the event are displayed. You’ll be able to hide, not display, those reoccurring dates and change the main date to show the date of the reoccurring item vs. the initial date.

I am using the latest version of the Calendar. If I set the type to full, I am able to see the events I have for the full month, but if I use list I can only see the current week. Is it possible to change that to specify the time range for which events should show?

there is a parameter "maxCnt" which should increase the number of events to return if you want more listed, the list view is looking at the
N next events in the calendar and not a specific date range.
[!mxcalendar? type=`list` maxCnt=`15` !]
- this should list out the next 15 calendar items sequentially by date/time

yes, this works. I guess maybe a better question is, is there a way to view past, present, and future events by setting date parameters? Or perhaps a way to view an archive of past events?
Not in the current version, however there is an archive / past-events view that has been in the road-map, but not allocated to a specific release. I’ll see if we can’t get that worked into the next release. I think the idea of date parameters makes the most since (start and end) that way you have more control... just thinking...

Just a suggestion to log it for future reference: Revo 2.x compatibility when time permits.
I have been quiet because I had to work on other things, I hope to begin testing/usage next week.

it should clear out the corresponding start or end date fields when selected, we’ll get that tested and fixed for the next release.
