Is it possible to check eForm's functionality on local server

I’ve done some stuff according to manual and got some email parse error once i tried to send filled form. I’m using WAMP as local server soft.

You have to have a sendmail instance and I don’t think that’s quite as simple to set up on a Windows box, though I’m not sure. If you do figure out how to do it, please add to the thread discussing localhost testing:

I’m using MailEnable for that purpose. It’s a full blown mail server for Windows and the standard edition is free. You can get it from http://www.mailenable.com/

Bit of a task to set it up properly and in my opinion a bit slow, but since I’m only using the SMTP server for testing purposes I don’t mind.

I checked your software and it’s hard to configure the same comes for Xamp or whatever alternative to WAMP called.

I will rely on code if it still gives error on web server i would take module down to not to cause security leak.

Nice! Thanks all. Was just thinking about this earlier this morning, so I’m going to give fakemail a try. Perl version just installed, updated modules, just need to test eForm!

Not having much luck with Perl fakemail Install instructions sound simple, but no-go on my end. oh well....
