    Hello Mary you need to use backticks instead of front ticks here you used ’ instead of ` "&verimageurl=’0’ " and you did not close the &format part with a `

    try changing that and see if it works for you.

      Thanks for looking, but this change didn’t make the captcha work. The form submits without showing an image or requiring an input.

        Do you have the page set to be non cacheable? if not, call the snippet uncached using [!eForm? &....!]

            [later...] got it figured out. Added eform="Language:select:1" to the <select> tag:

            I understand from what you’re saying that it doesn’t remember the value if you don’t make it required? That’s a bit of a bug(ger).. smiley I’ll look into improving that.

            Just in case folks are wondering, the format is very much the same for multiple checkboxes. In your form:

                            <input type="checkbox" class="checkbox" value="Relief" name="Type[]" id="relief-testimonial" eform="Testimonial Type::1" /><label for="relief-testimonial">Relief</label><br />
                            <input type="checkbox" class="checkbox" value="Smooth" name="Type[]" id="smooth-testimonial" /><label for="smooth-testimonial">Smooth Shave Gel</label><br />
                            <input type="checkbox" class="checkbox" value="Other" name="Type[]" id="other-testimonial" /><label for="other-testimonial">Other</label><br />

            But how do you get those to show up on the report (multiple checkboxes, that is)?

              It’s been a while since I used eForm (how quickly things get rusty, sigh) but I think, using your example, it’s something like this:

              [+Type:Relief+]
              [+Type:Smooth+]
              [+Type:Other+]

              Edit: Just trying this. [+Type+] on it’s own should do fine. It gives a comma separated list of the selected values.

                No, it doesn’t have to be required, it just has to be listed. It can be
                eform="Language:select:0"

                            <input name="verimageurl" type="text" size="10" />

                  I think the problem might be that you have the name wrong for the text box. It should be ’vericode’ instead of ’verimageurl’.

                  	Enter the verification code below:<br />
                  	<img src="[+verimageurl+]" alt="verification code" /><br />
                  	<input type="text" name="vericode" size="20" />

                  Furthermore, I tried typing in the vericode url directly into my browser’s location bar. http://www.storrite.biz/manager/includes/veriword.php?rand=303030 and it does show an image so that part is working...

                  Looking at the page source at http://www.storrite.biz/index.php?id=2 I see this, so there’s obviously something not right :
                  <br>Enter the verification <img src=""> below:<br><input name="verimageurl" size="10" type="text">

                  Hmm, just looked at your snippet call again... you have &verimageurl=’0’ but that won’t do anything. Try &vericode=`1` instead and I bet your problem will be closer to solution!

                    OOh, yes very close. Thanks Toby - Now it all *seems* to work, says it has been submited, asks for the code etc...but I never get the e-mail where before I got the e-mail within seconds of submitting.

                      Hello,

                      I just tried using the eform Parser and got the following error:
                      PHP error debug
                        Error:	Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
                        Error type/ Nr.:	Warning - 2
                        File:	../assets/snippets/eform/eform.inc.php

                        Line:	60
                        Line 60 source:	 foreach($formats as $k => $discard)	$fields[$k] = ""; // store dummy value inside $fields

                      I’m not too savy with php so any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
