        Couple for SPform questions...

        1. The message "Cookies must me enabled..." Should this be visible if cookies are on.. if not why is it showing.
        2. Where are all the place holder text hidden like captcha instructions and captcha code I can’t find them in the Lexicon.

or do I just add the placeholder to the properties as a text field or amend the the chunk manually?

sorry if this is all obvious

It’s normal for the cookies message to show all the time if Captcha is enabled. I’ll think about making it conditional for future versions.

Any prompts that aren’t under the spform namespace are under the captcha namespace in Lexicon Management.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that -- amazing that no one noticed it (including me). It’s is fixed in the latest version of Captcha (3.2.1). It just went up last night, so it may not be available for download yet.

I seem to have broken the SPForm package.

I have do have a version installed (3.1.2) but package management says that I need to install it (3.1.3 that is).

It errors when I try and install.. error below

                Console running...
Attempting to install package with signature: spform-3.1.3-Beta1
Could not unpack package /usr/local/home/httpd/docs/mdmcms/core/packages/spform-3.1.3-Beta1.transport.zip to /usr/local/home/httpd/docs/mdmcms/core/packages/. SIG: spform-3.1.3-Beta1
                Package found...now preparing to install.
Could not install package with signature: spform-3.1.3-Beta1

To be honest I did try and delete it via FTP which may have caused the problem.

How do I start again with a clean bill of health!

Right-click on the SPForm package and select "remove package" "force package removal" Clear the cache and reload the page and if an older version shows up, do the same with that. repeat until there are none showing.

Then delete the contact form and thank you page manually and empty the trash.

                  Then download and install again.

Deleting with FTP confuses Package Manager because there’s still a record of the package in the DB. Hopefully, the procedure above will clear them out.

                    Thanks Bob
I missed the right click - remove package, I find the the manager UI a little inconsistent, sometimes you right click, sometimes you save some times theres a button for the job. - Do you no what I mean.

                    Thanks

                      White page

After filling in the form and hitting submit I get a white page with no HTML or anything the (URL remains the same to).

Annoyingly this is intermittent some times its fine and goes through to the thank you page. And mail is sent.

Any ideas where I start to debug this
