Upload image -> failed, internal error (FCKeditor)

It doesn’t what to upload any image - even images I have already uploaded (with the same file name)... so I don’t think its a file name thing. The only thing I can think I’ve done since it was working was add a new Manager User. I’ve since deleted the new user and this didn’t fix the problem?

Its very strange as it was all working fine.

Is it worth asking the hosting company if anything has changed their side?
