Installation stalls

    It’s actually a problem with the MySQL 4.1 libraries. The mysql_create_db function is not supported in this version. From the PHP documentation for the function:

    Note: This function will not be available if the MySQL extension was built against a MySQL 4.x client library.

    As with others, not sure why this is, but I’ll modify our installation process so the database is created using a SQL statement.
