Hello
I did several tests on different MODx install (different servers and different URLs). The result is always the same: Comments and forms on the site OK. Quip Manager displays no comment.
New error observed: The notification of new comments to the moderators. No e-mail is sent.
I did not know where these errors can come.

I’ve had the same problems - but it was related to permissions on the folder and files in /assets/components/component-name.
You can try to change them with ftp.

Thank you Henrik Nielsen. I tested your solution but unfortunately without success.

Have you tried to flush your permissions and sessions from the security tab in the manager, and empty your cache from the site tab?

Sorry, I can’t remember if I also changed the permissions in core/components/component-name...

After changing the entire system MODx chmod 705 to 755 (symptom OVH), all my little problems are solved. Quip now works perfectly. A big thank you to Henrik Nielsen.
