    Hello,

I write on the forum because I have a problem with the package Quip and especially with the Quip manager.

On my blog (http://www.blog.htmlvision.com), comments are displayed correctly. They are well recorded in the database. But once in the MODx manager, when I click on the action manager Quip, quip interface will typically charge but no comment is loaded.

Quip package is translated into french but the problem is the same in English version. I did not touch the code in the quip files. I’m on MODx Revolution 1.0.0 pl and Quip version on 1.0.0 pl.

Here’s my call on the site but I don’t think that the problem comes from there :

    [[!Quip? &thread=`article[[*id]]` &threading=`1` &closeAfter=`30` &dateFormat=`%a %d %B %Y à %H:%M` &useCss=`0` &useMargins=`1` &nameField=`name` &tplComment=`ModTplComment` &tplCommentOptions=`ModTplCommentOptions` &tplComments=`ModTplComments` &tplReport=`ModTplReport` &gravatarIcon=`mm`]]

    [[!QuipReply? &tplAddComment=`ModTplAddComment` &thread=`article[[*id]]` &moderators=`Administrator` &moderate=`0` &tplPreview=`ModTplPreview` &notifyEmails=`[email protected]`]]

&moderate is 0 because I can not restrain.

    And the url http://www.blog.htmlvision.com

Thank a lot for your help

Can you explain what you mean by, " when I click on the action manager Quip, quip interface will typically charge but no comment is loaded." in detail?

Sorry for my language (i’m french).

"when I click on the action manager Quip, quip interface will typically charge but no comment is loaded."

I just click on the Quip (in tab components) in my MODx manager. Once loaded, I have the tabs and explanations on the manager comments but no comments will appear in all tabs.

There are already 3 comments are already in the database.

              Are you using latest Quip?
Do you get any JS errors?

Yes, I use the latest version of Quip (1.0.0 pl) and I have no problem with other actions on MODx manager using the same library JS.

Are there any related errors in core/cache/logs/error.log?
