subscribe checkbox for site users:
replace
$_GET with
$_REQUEST in jot.class.inc.php line 174. it should be this:
$this->config["query"]["action"] = $_REQUEST[$this->config["querykey"]["action"]];
and add an input to form:

Subscribe for all users, need a lot of hacks. the TYPE of "jot_subscription:userid" column should change to VARCHAR, check user sessions if user is guest, save the email instead userid in this column.
modify "doNotifySubscribers" method to send emails to email address and ....
what do you think? are agree with doing these hacks or waiting for new version?
