Ah okay:

resource path is /var/kunden/webs/ahhermann/assets/
file manager path is /var/kunden/webs/ahhermann/

I can’t find a setting for "resource URL", maybe it’s "file manager"?

Where must I put this resource URL in the manager config? I’m using 0.9.6.1p2

Tools -> Configuration, Interface and Features tab. It can also be set for each manager user in Security -> Manager Users, the User tab.

Ah okay, thank you. I was blind. I corrected it (it formerly read "assets") to http://my-domain.de/assets/images (as stated in the help text below), tried without trailing "images", both not working.

go to tool> configuration > file manager and then save thats it !
