RESOLVED: Ditto hack to *exclude* the first (couple) of the returned items?

When you add this could you change the ditto 1.0 to 1.01 on all the pages instead of the frontpage there its ok.

Unless I am missing something it already reads Ditto 1.0.1

the first page yes the other pages it looks like this (made a shot from the pdf I just now downloaded from the ditto treat)

Ah, in the header! Thanks for pointing that out.

Definitely need to add that to the docs... I even missed it in looking at the snippet code due to it being a bit different in the parameter setup section... skimmed right over it.
