Another question to the great MIGX.
I have containers with the portfolio resources and a TV (prev_img_tv) in the resouces for a preview image.
In the containers I have a chunk (Container_Prev_Img) with [[!getResource... for the child resources to display the preview Images from the childs as links.
In code:
the Container_Prev_Img Chunk:

[[!getResources? &parents=`[[*id]]` &tpl=`getRe-Prev-Tpl` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &limit=`0` &sortby=`menuindex` &sortdir=`ASC`]]

the getRe-Prev-Tpl:

<a href="[[~[[+id]]]]">[[+tv.prev_img_tv]]</a>

and the prev_img_tv:
Input Option: galleryitem
Output Option: galleryitem

Now I´d like to get rid of the Gallery Extra stuff and the duplicate structure of it.
How can I display every first Image of the multiItemsGrid from the childs on the parent resource as link to the child page?
I can´t get it to work with getResources.

I think you can try something like this:

the getRe-Prev-Tpl:

<a href="[[~[[+id]]]]">[[!getImageList? &limit=`1` &tvname=`multiItemsGrid` &tpl=`prev_image` &docid=`[[+id]]`]]</a>

with &docid you can get items from MIGX-tvs of other resources.

the prev_image Chunk:

<img src="[[+image]]"/>

With that code im getting an empty <a href=" " and only the image(s) from the first id in &docid.
In getresources is &parents to get the childs, how can I get this in getImageList?

Hi Bruno

I apologize in advance if that is a dumb question. But I have the same problems as chr.s and enzo2.0 had with the disappearing overlay, as soon as the "add" button is clicked.

I’m not sure I understand what you exactly mean by "permissions of assets/components/migx/connector.php"...

I have this issue on the server as well as on localhost (bot with Revolution 2.1rc4). Problems seem to start, when I reload the page when having edited the TV data in a resource. Afterwards, nothing brings me back this overlay!

My Form tabs:

[
{"caption":"Info", "fields": [
    {"field":"title","caption":"Titel"},
    {"field":"content","caption":"Inhalt","inputTV":"richtext"},
    {"field":"color","caption":"Farbe","inputTV":"color"}
]}
]

Columns:

[
{"header": "Titel", "width": "160", "sortable": "true", "dataIndex": "title"}
]

Anyway, thanks for this really useful extra!!

make sure modx (php) has access to assets/components/migx/connector.php

Thanks! I’m unfortunately not really an expert in these things.
I tried it with chmod 666 and chown www-data.www-data, which didn’t help...
