I'm experiencing the same problem. However after an upgrade from 2.1.3.pl.

I just used MIGX with a clean install of 2.2.0.pl2 and there I had no problems. So I updated this system to 2.2.0.pl2 and now the input mask does not work anymore

Do you by any chance have the Google Analytics Dashboard Widget installed?

I had that installed in the 2.1.3 version just before the update. What this will do is change the manager_theme system setting from default to analytics to load that manager theme.

Changing this back to default made everything work again.
I'm not sure whether this is a problem with all manager theme alterations. If that is so, Bruno17 this might be something to evaluate further.

How to make MigX work properly with media sources??
Media source is being used with incorrect path information...
Media source is being used absolute not relative with extra folder info

e.g. correct link to an image placed with TinyMCE

1) first word 'foundation' not supposed to be there
2) image link should not be absolute

Isn't that theme change caused by Google Analytics Dashboard extension (called Analytics in the Package Manager) rather than the Google Analytics Dashboard Widget, also by the same author.

We found the Google Analytics Dashboard extension causes a blank manager with the exception of the menu items in 2.2 because it switches the Manager to use the analytics theme, whereas the Dashboard Widget caused none of this and I don't think it installs an alternate Manager theme.

Did you try, if the same image-TV is working correctly when using as a normal image-TV seperated from MIGX?

And: Are you using 'image' as output-type?
Never use another output-type than 'default' with MIGX!

I am having a problem (possibly) related to the one TomMLS is having. I submitted an issue on github about it.

the paths for file-based TVs are being prepended with './' so an expected path of 'image.jpg' is saved as './image.jpg'. The path is rendered on the front end as 'media_source/./image.jpg'

I'd be curious to know in TomMLS' case if the TV value containing the full URL is being generated by MIGX or due to some configuration issue.

Tom, can you tell us about the Media Source you are using for that TV? What are the baseUrl and basePath vaules, and is your modx install in your site root? Also, what kind of values are being generated by ImageTVs outside of MIGX? Are they full, absolute or relative paths?

Yes, Image TVs outside of MIGX do not prepend the './'. At one point, I mistakenly believed that they did (http://tracker.modx.com/issues/6577#change-15796), but this is not the case.
