There is a more suitable snippet called Something Parent which you can use for your id=`` parameter.
I found it, its called [[UltimateParent]]
[!Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent?]]` &level=`0` &displayStart=`TRUE` &hideSubMenus=`TRUE`!]
The call gives you a submenu only for the current section. Sections 1,3,4,5 are not shown. pages under other subsections 2.1,2.3 are also not shown.
