      That would require htaccess, FYI.

        i mean - that if link is a site start it should be linked to site root but not to page link (?id=1, /main.html etc. doesn’t matter)

          Hmmm... actually it shouldn’t require htaccess I don’t think. But if you do have access to it you could use the SEO Strict URL plugin for that use exactly.

              There is not magic MODx CSS-stripper. Make the right selectors and your CSS will apply.

                  Hi folks;
                  I wanna try to replace the separator with a png. but i got no clue.
                  tried:
                  <div id="breadcrumb">[[Breadcrumbs&crumbSeparator="<img src="http://www.mydomain.de/separator.png">"]]</div>
                  the breadcrumb disappered. So I tried: [[Breadcrumbs&crumbSeparator="<img src="x"]]. The same problem, it disappeared again.
                  Maybe you got a quick’n’dirty trick to hardcode the image in the snippet.
                  thanks for your help. le block

                    You have to use backticks (`) for parameters. Quotes/single-quotes won’t work.

                      Nope. it doesn’t work. everytime using the $crumbSeparator [string] the whole breadcrumb disappears. (e.g. [[Breadcrumbs&crumbSeparator=`x`]] )
                      I’m using Breadcrumbs 0.9d
                      (isset($crumbSeparator)) ? $crumbSeparator : $crumbSeparator = "»";
                      ..made me try this: "encode" the HTML in HTML-Entities
                      So, I did this.
                      <div id="breadcrumb">
                      [[Breadcrumbs&crumbSeparator=`<img  src="http://www.fromustoyou.de/assets/templates/futy/futy-site-images/bc-separator.png />`]]
                      </div>

                      The div is still empty. Do i have to encode the slashes too?
                      My question again.
                      How to code the image in the snippet or what is the right string to pass the HTML image string?

                      Thanks in advance. le block
