I have the same problem as sottwell. Is there a easy way to fix this?
For now i just removed the tags-tv from the template as it is not 100% necessary.

Here's a MIGx-based alternative, and it works fine with Auto-Tags. Make sure to edit the category ID in the @EVAL statement!
