      You might find some ideas as to how to build a plugin from the one that was built for textpattern a while back...

      http://textpattern.org/plugins/137/zemir

      Hope it helps smiley

      Edit : heck, forgot Textpattern plugins are encoded as base64... Might as well post the code
      Don’t know if you can use/port that, but that might be a start...

                You suggest using

                 * 1st include the class file in your snippet:
                 * 	if	 (!class_exists('MakeForm')) {
                 * 		include	 "assets/modules/makeform/makeform.class.inc.php";
                 * 	}

                Why not include_once "assets/... ? From what I’ve read of the php documentation, the class_exists function is to make sure a class does exist before trying to use it, thus making it possible to "catch" the error before it makes an ugly php fatal error.

                  We have a simple snippet for that (converting text like longtitle etc to png) much smaller pice of code that this one. the problem with it is that its not search engine frienly while the sIFR is.

                  ttf2image(gif) plugin
                  ttf2png snippet

                  greets Dim

                  Would stil be nice to have sIFR converted into a plugin..

                    Just done the hard way I’m afraid. It’s been a while since I set it up but I think it would be pretty easy to implement as a plugin. It’s pretty easy to implement in your template anyway really.
