      This snippet requires the latest version of Ditto and parts of WP-Cumulus 1.23 (you’ll find different versions on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cumulus/download/) to function correctly.

      Instructions

      You need to add a new template variable to the template you use for your documents. For this example I named mine docTags. Go into each document and add some tags i.e. vba,sql,fun.

      Add the following snippet call to your page where you want to display the flash tag cloud: 
      [!cumulus_swf? &parent=`0` &landing=`99` &tvTags=`docTags`!]

      Replace 99 with appropiate id (landing page with Ditto call).

      To create the landing page that will display the pages when a tag is clicked create a new document with the following Ditto call: 
      [!Ditto? &parents=`0` &tagData=`docTags` &tagDelimiter=`,`!]


      Parameters

      • $parent - folder that contains the documents which are to be counted. Can take a comma separated list of parents. Default: 0.
      • $depth - how deep do you want to search (max=10)? Default: 10.
      • $days - max age of analyzed documents (0->all). Default: 0.
      • $min - minimum number of tag occurances for tag to show (0->all)? Default: 0.
      • $landing - should be id of your result page with Ditto call. Default: "[~[*id*]~]" (which won’t work).
      • $tvTags - name of your template variable. Default: "docTags".
      • $tagDelim - delimiting character between tags in template variable. Default: ",".
      • $caseSensitive - if you want tag duplicate removal to be case sensitive set to 1. Default: 1.
      • $dittoID - id of Ditto instance which should display the selected tag. Default: "".
      • $limit - how many tags should be shown (0->show all)? Default: 0.
      • $maxsize - fontsize (in pt) for tag(s) with highest popularity. Default: 17.
      • $minsize - fontsize (in pt) for tag(s) with lowest popularity. Default: 11.
      • $height - height of tag cloud. Default: 150.
      • $width - width of tag cloud. Default: 180.
      • $bgcolor - backgroundcolor of tag cloud. Default: "ffffff".
      • $showCount - show hits for tag(s) (0/1). Default: 0.
      • $tcolor - color for tag(s) with highest popularity (works only, if $maxsize!=$minsize). Default: "000000".
      • $tcolor2 - color for tag(s) with lowest popularity (works only, if $maxsize!=$minsize). Default: "006699".
      • $hicolor - color for hovered tag. Default: "cc0000".
      • $speed - speed of tag cloud. Default: 100.
      • $distr - distribute tags in tag cloud evenly (true/false). Default: true.
      • $wmode - transparency of tag cloud (true/false). Default: true.
      • $divid - id of generated div. Default: "cumulus".
      • $soname - name of generated swf_object. Default: "so".
      • $insertjs - 0-> don’t include js; 1-> includes js in head-section; 2-> includes js directly above (cumulus)div-section. Default: 1.
      • $htmlfallback - show normal tag cloud, if there is no flash or js activated (0/1)? Default: 1.
      • $maxsizehtml - fontsize for HTML-fallback (in em) for tag(s) with highest popularity. Default: 0.9.
      • $minsizehtml - fontsize for HTML-fallback (in em) for tag(s) with lowest popularity. Default: 0.75.

        Nice! Joy. But in my 1.0.3 colors aren’t working, like the example image sad
        I tried ’red’ and ’ff0000’ and ’#ff0000’ but that doesn’t do it.
        More folks experience this? Maybe its just me screwing sumthing up..

          Hi,

          please show your snippet call and: which color do you want to change?

          Remind this:
          $tcolor - color for tag(s) with highest popularity (works only, if $maxsize!=$minsize). Default: "000000".
          $tcolor2 - color for tag(s) with lowest popularity (works only, if $maxsize!=$minsize). Default: "006699".

          If the results (count) of highest and lowest popularity are equal, there won’t be a difference between the colors (and heights).

          If background should be changed, set wmode to `false`.

          The colors must be send in a form like `ff0000` (without "#" and no words like "red").

                  Because of the way Flash handles text, only Latin characters are supported in the current version. This is due to a limitation where in order to be able to animate text fields smoothly the glyphs need to be embedded in the movie. The Flash movie’s source code is available for download through Subversion. Doing so will allow you to create a version for your language. There’s a text field in the root of the movie that you can use to embed more characters. If you change to another font, you’ll need to edit the Tag class as well.
