New Modx Book

Hi,

I see Boby’s book has been released on the main site ( http://modx.com/learn/modx-the-official-guide/ )

The download sample chapter link doesn’t work, also could someone please confirm weather the print version is a actual book or does it mean it comes in PDF and we have to print it, only asking because I haven’t got a printer

I think you stumbled on a test page (which is no longer there). The book is in production (finished, but not converted to print-ready format yet), but it’s hard to know how long that will take. No .PDF files exist at this point. We’re working as fast as we can.

There *will* be a paper version if we can figure out how to actually make a book that big. The print may be really tiny.

I assume PDF is obvious . But, I think AZW(kindle format) would be awesome personally.

PDF for sure that way I can take it with me on my phone for reference

Kindle will extend your profile into Amazon and give my iPad something to do other than Plants vs Zombies.

But realistically any format that doesn’t delay publication any further....
