It did not work ider and I do not realy like my root folder being 777 thats a heigh risk factor.
I pm you my testsite ftp and modxadmin so you can take a look if you want.
OK I got it to work sort of
I updated the zipclass to the latest version now I end up with a good zipfile but after creating the zip I get this error:

I realy do not like setting my root folder to 777
Is there a limit to the size? it stops on one of my sites that contains over 40MB the tempzip did not get bigger than 11.2Mb
on the small site it does continue but gives the error above
if want to make a zip file bigger than 12 mb change th line
