if you want to download from the frontend put this code in a snipet placed in a webgroup access private page,
second in cpanel or plesk.... password secure directory backup (very important because this script make accesible the last backup to the users normal) and put this code

I always wondered if someone could fully automate back-up routine, updating the changes since the last back and also including all the relevent files in assets such as images, PDFs etc in addition to the database tables so that the user just has a one click back-up.
I would be interested in feedback on this if anyone has any suggestions
would be nice to have something like this as a core feature selectable in the config.
