    Your snippet looks so cool but I am not able to use it.
    I changed file access on the server but page reload on the same page when I press "manage image",
    So I tested everything and remove / in the config file, I put "assets/galleries" in place of "assets/galleries/" and (don’t ask me why) it works, but my happyness was very short cause I can’t upload file, page reload whitout thumbnails. No message, no errors, nothing huh I tried to create alias file on the server without success...I just know this is only a minigallery problem.
    Any Ideas?

      somebody can do that for Easy Peasy Gallery 2 cause i try but the probem is that the files are stored in the bd.

      i think i have to put this
      rel=\"lightbox\"
      here
        $output .=    '<a target="_blank" href="'.$modulePath.'image.php?type=pic_large&id='.$picture['id'].'"><img src="'.$modulePath.'image.php?type=pic_thumb&id='.$picture['id'].'" alt="'.$picture['title'].'" /></a>';

        did you create the directory www.yourdomain.com/assets/galleries/ and make sure it chmod it to 777?

              Thank you for your help.
              Yes, and I have a good news, it works! But the problem wasn’t with folder right wink May be it’s logic for guru here but you don’t have to put your page in cache when you manage the gallery!
              I still have a strange bug, I had a parse error cause it wasn’t able to access to the folder it just created in /assets/galleries/alias so I create myself and change chmod to 777 for this folder too

              [edit]At this point, the best feature (lightbox) doesn’t work but I going to look at this, you have to be motivate!
              PS: I saw you remove photo from you (I suppose) and your girlfriend (I suppose too), what’s a pity, photo was nice wink

                Yes, this is correct. With pages the contains photogallery snippets, it is always better to call them uncached. in the example of MiniGallery 3, it would be best to call it as [!MiniGallery!] because the ! forces it to load uncached.

                That is a strange error. I just moved to a new server a few months ago, and they have PHP suEXEC, so everything PHP does gets run as my username. That way, there are no permission errors when accessing or creating folders or files.

                  I can’t get it to work.

                  I’m running under windows2k, apache 2.0, mysql 4.1

                  In firefox 1.5, when the page is unpublished, i get a button that says "manage pictures". when i click it, i get the error page. when i publish the page, i get the page and no mention of a gallery.

                  In IE 6, when the page is unpublished and i try to load the page, i get an error. when i publish the page, i get the page, with no mention of the gallery.

                  what have i done wrong? how does it work? when i click the "manage pictures" button will it give me an interface where i can upload images, etc.?

                  thanks.

                    Okay, I had a paths problem. I think I’ve gotten it to try to create the table. I’m getting this error now:

                    « MODx Parse Error »
                    MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:

                      Okay, had to turn off caching in the document and load with [!MiniGallery!].

                      I can’t get it to work at all under windows. Moved it to linux/apache 1.3, mysql 5.0.15.

                      I can get to the manage screen in Firefox 1.5. When I try to upload the javascript fails. It says it’s uploaded and nothing happens.

                      Is there supposed to be something between the save changes button?

                      Nothing comes up at all under IE6.

                      Could someone help please? Why is this so difficult?
