[Snippet] A to Z Site Listing

Anyone having any problems with A-Z listing in 0.9.5 beta? I have used the same call as I have used successfully in a 0.9.2 installation and it’s not returning anything to the page...

Is there another a to z listing availible?
what does the main site of modx uses for repository a to z?

It’s not dead as such, just haven’t got round to updating the snippet yet. Most likely, the next update will coincide with the Evolution release and will also come in a Revolution package as well.

The MODx repository uses a slightly customised version of the A to Z listing, mainly to handle the letter groupings. To be honest though, I’ve known people who have used Ditto to generate the A to Z listings as well - there’s a few threads around on the forums on how to do that.

Note: it is not prepared for mainstream use but the code is simple enough that you should be able to understand it. One cool feature is that only items with results will be links.
