[Module/Snippet] Polls Module and Snippets

    Pretty sure it could be made to only log web users instead of IP addresses. The code that does all the IP checking is the top portion of the Polls Vote snippet, with a few amendments there to grab the UserID instead of the IP address it could be switched over to check WebUsers.

    If I get time I’ll have a look over the weekend but do feel free to beat me to it laugh
