If you want to display RSS feeds in UTF or in ISO without problem encoding caracter, put these lines before "return $output;" at the end of the snippet :
// Ajout TylerD 16/02/2007
if ($output != mb_convert_encoding(mb_convert_encoding($output, "UTF-32", "UTF-8"), "UTF-8", "UTF-32")) {
$output = utf8_encode($output);
}
