[buggy snippet] Front End Document Manager (FDM) v0.1b

Thanks for posting this Sascha. I haven’t used FDM on any recent projects but I am sure lots of people are and with TinyMCE3.

Indeed that’s cool, and right on time I am currently setting up FDM for one of my websites...

I have a question. Does this allow the user to also be able to edit the template/TV’s attributed to the page? If so, I could *really* find this useful.

(Also, I’m using the TV as Chunks code from the Wiki --- would this allow it to edit those chunks?)

Would you mind helping me change it so that the blog content section inputs as the introtext instead? Then it would be perfect for my needs.

@Ross1234 create a blank document that uses the desired template, then add &model=`253` to your FDM call, where 253 is the ID of your blank document.

File ( image) is a "tvfile" ?

How to make ?

I think you definitely need to use FileUpload or another snippet to handle this...

If you look at how eForm has to be set up to handle file download, you’ll see you need another form (Cf http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=2122.msg16099#msg16099)

If anyone has a solution for this with FDM, I am curious as to how they did it !

if you are a manager user you can setup a RTE field and then use the classic "image" button to do that.
