MODx Evolution 1.0 RC Discussions

Max that was hopefully addressed in a more recent version. Lots of commits in the last 48 hours.

Garry - Yes Menu Tree is fine for IE8 with #5254 , a very speedy fix !

One other oddity I noticed was during the install (again using IE8). When it gets to the final summary page:
install/index.php?action=summary
Even after checking the confirmation box at the bottom, the ’Install’ button did not appear. I have to go back a page, then forward again, recheck the box and move my cursor to where the Install button should be to make it appear! ... this may be one for a bug report?, though I don’t currently have an rc1 install to check it was not working back then.

I tried to mark lines in crucible.. but no luck.
Cruicible is very laggy, don’t know why. Very long response.
And some errors occurs. (if you want to see my abandoned review - http://svn.modxcms.com/crucible/cru/CR-MODX-74 )

uxello, please do file any bugs on the Installer or Manager with IE8, noting it affects version Evo 1.0 RC1.

Man, that IE8 has turned out to be frustrating despite the fact it does a much better job on the rendering front.

Yes, and IE8 compatibility mode does not often help either.
