Meta Tag Limitations

In my process from converting an external site to MODx, I came across this META tag: MSSmartTagsPreventParsing

Sure enough, MSSmartTagsPreventParsing was already an option in the MODx meta* manager!

So, I selected this option, set the value to true and I was done!

I expected the HTML-output to reveal:



But I am getting:



Notice how "mssmarttagspreventpa" is clipped at 20-characters?

Sure enough, DB limited:



2 points:

• The table creation process should be updated to allow `tag` more than 20 characters. (i.e. MSSmartTagsPreventParsing = 25 )
• The table creation process should be updated to allow `tagvalue` up to 255 characters. (i.e. A custom keywords tag might want up to 250 characters... )

Thoughts?

What are the chances a fix for this will make it into the official 0.9.5 build?
