How to show tags?

What’s the point... I’ll just discover something else incredible that MODx does so easily and just do it again

If you refer back to my post earlier in this thread, you’ll see that my template variable that holds tags is just comma separated free text, so I can tag anything I like when I create a post. Obviously the problem with this approach is that you can accidentally create new tags through typos etc, so it should be used with care. Also, one thing I noticed is that the TVTagCloud snippet which you might use alongside this approach is case sensitive, so make sure your tags match otherwise you get 2 entries in the tag cloud.

thanks for the info. Yes, I can see the typos or minor changes creating issue. What would be ideal would be an auto suggestion like Drupal has (AJAX driven), or perhaps even better, a dynamically created listing of all available tags.

This would certainly be helpful for the repository where there are some instances of 2-3 variations that probably should be combined.
