Cannot save edited templates in manager (1.0 release)

ok its not a problem with evolution i deleted everything and installed a version of 0.9.6.3 and have found the same issue on this.

It has to be an issue with the server not liking some php function or sql insert command.

The only way I can update any templates now is via phpmyadmin and updating the database table outside of MODx.

What a nightmare but at least it shows the latest release is not the cause of my probs.

ok problem resolved.
Just spoke to the server tech and it is a ModSecurity for Apache issue.

The logs show this is blocking the insert command I have no idea why chunks snippets and documents update ok but at least that seems to be the issue.
