UPD. I have just checked, Administrator can’t delete resource too. Even if MM is disabled.

I can confirm the missing doc-icon & content-field for resources created by an editor role.
(on a 1.0 -> 1.0.1 upgrade btw)

the fact that clicking the resource name (aka text link) in the tree opens the resource in edit mode (rather than showing the resource-info) is a feature-change, right?
In pre-1.0.1 it used to bring up the resource info overview.

...i guess a lot of people aren’t aware of it, since they are probably testing with their main admin-account
