    You need to make the pdo drivers activated by uncommenting below two lines in your php.ini files;

    extension=php_pdo.dll
    extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll


    Even i had the same error! because of uncommenting the first line and leaving the other-one commented thus inactive.

    I have the same problem. Unfortunately I am using a shared server and I have no access to edit the php.ini file. I tried loading through .htaccess however it didn’t work, and I read that it’s not possible.

    Any other workaround or do I forever suck?

      Try using: http://tips-scripts.com/php_ini or find a better host.
