phpthumbof & MODx Revo installed in subfolder

How the heck did you figure that out?

Well, I also had this problem. I realized this double subfolder in the path. And because MODX Revo has a nice debugging log I searched for two hours where this path got screwed up. Lot of manual logging til I found that line ;-)

@MadeMyDay: tnx so much, I promised myself that it was not going to cry but is impossible!!! now I only have the problem with gallery (http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,63281.0.html)

Seriously TNX SO MUCH!!!!

@MadeMyDay, Thanks for the solution!!! I was about to pull my hair out. I was having the same problem - output contained double base url’s (../../site//site/../../). Fixed and working beautifully!!

Hi again happen the same problem when trying to use phpthumbof in gallery, the fix that post MadeMyDay not solve this issue. this is the new error:

This fix doesnt work for me either.

Is there any other idea of how to fix this - without having to wait for the next release to 2.1?

I’m getting this error and I’m running Revo 2.1.0-pl, any ideas?
Thanks

Does that file exist? Also, you may need to manually set the phpthumb_document_root setting, if your docroot is being determined incorrectly.

So thankful to see a reply

Well my specific error is:

So it’s looking for the images in the site root, so no the files don’t exist there. I need it to be looking in ’assets/images/products/’
If I need to set phpthumb_document_root could you give me an example of what the path would look like?

Much appreciated.

From its description:

Set this if you are experiencing issues with the server variable DOCUMENT_ROOT, or getting errors with OutputThumbnail or !is_resource. Set it to the absolute document root path you would like to use. If this is empty, MODX will use the DOCUMENT_ROOT server variable.
