Well, the JS speeds up working in the manager and gives the feel of interacting with an application instead of navigating a website as backend.
And most browser have JS and it is enabled most of the time, so that would not be a huge deal imho.
Though, more people experiencing this means that this bug really needs a fix, but there are no modx developers reacting to this topic :S
I’m getting the same issue on IE9/Chrome/Firefox on a Windows 7 PC. That being said it’s working perfectly on Chrome on my mac. I’ve tried clearing the cache, both via Modx and manually.
Has anyone had any luck finding a solution?
Very strange and irritating error. I do not get it myself but if you are on PC also try Opera and see if that is any help. Also in the Net tab in firebug in Firefox, are you seeing any red items (i.e. items that have not loaded)?
