[RESOLVED][Revolution 2.0.7] Friendly URL Dropping Some Hierarchy Structure

I guess nobody else has tried to replicate this problem?

I’d like to submit a bug report but I’m not comfortable doing that until someone else can independently verify they get the same problem. Anyone?

@cass: I tried to replicate it for about 30 minutes today with the patterns you sent and other random patterns. All of mine worked normally and as expected. This is VERY odd though... I can’t imagine what the problem would be.

Interesting. Thank you very much for spending the time to try to reproduce my problem. I guess it’s something on my server causing the problem, though I have no idea what. I’m going to build a new server, clean OS etc and hope it doesn’t continue on the new machine. Assuming it doesn’t occur, we should be able to use modx in our production environment as this was really the only significant "hick-up" we’ve experienced so far.

What PHP version do you have on your server?

Hi ddevil. I’m using PHP Version 5.1.6.

MODX Revolution does not support PHP 5.1.6 due to faulty PDO drivers in that version: http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Server+Requirements

Please update your PHP installation to a more stable, secure version (PHP 5.3.3+).

this happens for EVERY OTHER (ALTERNATE) FURLs when you get to level three in a document hierarchy

Do you also use the same PHP version as reported in this topic?

There’s people working on migrating the forum to different software, so not sure how that would work when we’re moving to that.
