yes, I got the date finally
$modx_base_url should be
$modx_base_url= ’/’; NOT
$modx_base_url=’’;
and
$modx_manager_url= ’/manager/’; should also get rid of any sub-directories if not exists
two variables have been mentioned on

If you are also moving your site into or out of a subfolder, be sure to update the variables such as $modx_connectors_url and $modx_base_url.
Adding the $modx_manager_url to the list, and $modx_base_url= ’/’, would be very helpful.
